Polystyrene to Picture Frames

As our “You’ll be surprised where your printer goes”, video shows…our recycled materials end up in all sorts of weird and wonderful places.

Around forty cubic metres of EPS (expanded polystyrene), comes to us each week from RICOH, Canon, Rubbish Direct and other local sources.

This is compressed into lightweight blocks through a special machine, and then shipped off in containers to a factory in Malaysia where it is repurposed into stylish picture frames.
