  • What is the printer cartridge recycling box process?
    1. Get approved through a supplier scheme
      Once you're approved through one of our partner suppliers, we’ll create an account for you.​
    2. Activate your account
      You’ll receive an email to set up your password. This gives you access to our online portal, where you can order collections or request a new box.​
    3. Receive your recycling box
      An empty recycling box will be sent to you within 3 working days to start collecting used cartridges and other accepted printer consumables.​
    4. Request a collection.
      When your box is full, log in to the Recycling Group portal and request a pickup.​
      Tip: Don’t forget to order a replacement box at the same time—this isn't automatic.
    5. Print and attach the courier ticket.
      You'll receive an email with a courier label. Print it and attach it securely to the box.​
    6. Leave the box for pickup.
      • If you use NZ Post, just leave the box in your usual courier collection area.​
      • If you don’t use NZ Post, follow the instructions in the email to notify the courier.​
  • How do I order a new recycling box or request a collection?

    If available, you can request a new box or book a collection directly through your print provider’s website. Alternatively, if you're registered with us, you can log in to the Recycling Group portal to request either service.

  • How do I reset my password for the Recycling Group portal?
    1. Go to https://order.recyclinggroup.co.nz/
    2. Click on “click here to order”
    3. Scroll down the page
    4. Click ‘Lost your password?’ (under “Login & Continue”)​
    5. Enter the registered email address linked to your account and click ‘Reset my password’. If you need to update this email address, please contact us.
    6. You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password. Once updated, you can return to the same site to order a collection or request new boxes.​
  • What is the e-waste recycling crate process?
    1. Apply for an account
      Once your application is completed and approved, we’ll arrange delivery of an empty e-waste crate to your site.​
    2. Fill the crate
      Use the crate to collect your e-waste over a period of up to two weeks.​
    3. Request a pickup
      Call us when your crate is ready for collection.​
      Be sure to have your crate number on hand when booking.
    4. Receive a consignment note
      We’ll email you a consignment note to print and hand to the logistics driver upon pickup.​
    5. Crate collection
      Our logistics partner will typically collect the crate within three working days.​

    Please ensure any sensitive data is erased before returning product.

  • Can I have a report that covers the products that you have returned to us?

    We can provide reporting for a minimal cost on request that covers the products that you have returned to us. Standard reporting will provide total weight, model, serial number (where identifiable).

    Reporting can be customised to your requirements, please discuss with us.

  • Can you provide a Certificate of recycling or destruction?

    Yes we can provide Certificates of Recycling or Destruction for a minimal fee which will identify the weight of your product, identifiable serial number and model or description. Contact us to discuss further.
